Xiaomi, the Chinese tech giant, has unveiled its first electric vehicle, the SU7, entering the electric car market with ambitions to compete with Porsche and Tesla.
The base Xiaomi SU7, known as Speed Ultra, boasts a rear-wheel drive motor generating 299 PS output and 400 Nm torque,
Achieving 0-100km/h in 5.28 seconds with a top speed of 210 km/h and a CLTC range of 668 km.
The dual-motor SU7 Max version aims to outpace competitors with 673 hp, 838 Nm torque
And an impressive 0-100 km/h sprint time of 2.78 seconds, challenging the Porsche Taycan Turbo and Tesla Model S.
The SU7 positions itself as a mid-to-large-sized sedan, mirroring the dimensions of the Porsche Taycan and Tesla Model S
The SU7 is the 800V Qilin Battery from CATL, featuring a 101 kWh capacity. A 5-minute charge provides a 220 km range, while a 15-minute charge extends it to 510 km.
